1. Services

TONE MULTIMEDIA LLC may provide marketing, market research, public opinion polling, multimedia marketing, advertising consulting, audience intelligence, campaign management, analytics and related professional services. Specific deliverables, pricing, responsibilities and timelines may be established in an applicable proposal or written agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, required materials, timely approvals and appropriate authorization necessary to complete contracted services.

3. Fees and Payments

Clients are responsible for properly disclosed and authorized charges associated with their engagements, which may include professional fees, project fees, retainers, research costs, media costs, production costs and authorized third-party expenses.

4. Media and Third-Party Resources

Certain projects may require independent advertising platforms, research providers, datasets, technology providers, production resources or professional contractors. Responsibilities for such expenditures should be established in the applicable engagement documentation.

5. Research and Polling

Research findings reflect the applicable methodology, sample, information and conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, research findings do not guarantee future consumer behavior, public sentiment or commercial performance.

6. No Guarantee of Marketing Results

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, we do not guarantee specific revenue, sales, leads, conversions, advertising returns, audience growth, search rankings, market share, polling outcomes or public sentiment.

7. Independent Platforms

Third-party advertising, media, research, social-media and technology platforms control their own pricing, policies, algorithms, availability and approval decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables may be specified in the applicable project agreement. TONE MULTIMEDIA LLC retains its pre-existing methodologies, processes, templates, systems, branding and intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

9. Prohibited Uses

Our website and services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or infringing activities.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable engagement documentation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, subject to mandatory applicable law.
